I am a nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist. Consequently I hadn’t visited in quite a while. Dr Diksha and Nurse Kalpana were fantastic and put me at ease straight away. I suffer with sensitivity due to receding gum line and Dr Diksha alleviated my main sensitivity issue with immediate effect. Wonderful! I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment now. Can’t thank Dr Diksha enough. The Reading Smile team are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Reading Smiles is a great dental clinic. Friendly , clean and perfect location.Their front desk is always there to help and very friendly, appointments are easy to arrange. Especially Kalpana is absolutely fabulous.My dentist Dr Mo Hatabi is caring, explains every needed treatment in great length and he carries out every procedure highly professionally and without causing any unnecessary pain. I have had several crowns now and they all are a perfect fit!

Brilliant cleaning by Eniko and Ana this morning. They're both so lovely and caring. Eniko was so thorough and the cleaning felt deep and proper. She talked to me about my tooth health and reviewed my overall medical history and it's affects on my teeth. Ana kept the mood light and put me at ease straight away. I'd highly recommend!

I was incredibly anxious when I first came in to Reading Smiles.I had never been taken to the dentist as a child and only went twice when I was 14 and 22 for a check up.I had a hygienist appointment with Dr Diksha yesterday who was amazing with me and really kind, she was complimenting me throughout and telling me what a good job I was doing.I have PNES (psychogenic non epileptic seizures) and was really worried that I would have one while getting my teeth done, but the way Dr Diksha and the nurses treated me made me feel really relaxed!When they showed me my teeth after I started crying because I was so happy with what they had done for me.I also had an invisalign consultation with Dr Alka to do an xray and scan of my teeth, she is honestly one of the funniest and kindest people I have ever met and she genuinely seems so passionate about her job and the way she treats her clients, I couldn't stop smiling and laughing😂.You should definitely request her if you can!And a shout out to the nurses, Sneha and Ana for how nice they were to me and made me feel comfortable and to one of my closest friends Nurse Chase who came in for my appointments and held my hand the whole time and made me feel safe! I can't wait to come back for my future appointments! 😄

Top dentist and best experience! After doing lots of research on Invisalign and contemplating where to go for treatment I came across Reading Smiles. After my initial consultation with Dr Hanel, I knew this was the place for me! My treatment has taken less than 1 year and my results are amazing! Dr Hanel, dental nurse Anna and Beccy have been great! The staff are kind, friendly, listen to you and really easy to talk to. Dr Hanel is the best there is in the game not only at what he does but is such a nice person too. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I'd recommend him and Reading Smiles everytime. He knew I wanted the best only and gave me that! Thank you for my beautiful smile...I love it!

Honestly had a really great experience, from be terrified of visiting the dentist to actually not minding to go back is a huge jump for me and the team at reading smiles made that possible, you get greeted by the great receptionist (Paige 2nd floor) and then seen to by a great Dentist (in my case Dr Sonam). 10/10 would recommend if you are not too fond of visiting the dentist in general, they treat you with care all the way through 👍

I have recently just finished my Invisalign treatment at Reading Smiles with Dr Bikram. I was recommend by a friend of mine and I’m glad I enquired. Dr Bikram was great throughout, very informative and reassuring! I was having my teeth done for wedding and he made sure that they were done in time for me. The whole process took around 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my new smile, I would defiantly recommend this company and dentist to anyone!

Amazing! The customer service in this place is great! Everyone is so kind and professional and the energy makes you feel at ease everytime I go which is a lot for me at a dentist! My dentist is Francisco who is fantastic; gentle and thorough. I was also looked after by Mariantonio who is just amazing! I had a quite a few concerns with my teeth when I first started but Dr Hanel and the team always showed great determination, support and attention to detail when helping me create my perfect smile. They showed great communication, I always got email alerts for my appointment bookings, text messages a few days prior to fill out the forms so that my appointment wait time would be quicker and just general very professional service. Dr Hanel was always bubbly and always made sure in my appointments I was comfortable and at ease. I made another appointment after my Invisalign journey had finished for more sculpting/shaping and Dr Hanel was more than happy to do this for me. My teeth are perfect now and it’s all because of everyone at reading smiles! The best money I have ever spent. Thank you all again so much!

I have been self conscious about my smile for many years, had bad experiences in the past going to different dentists, the whole team at Reading smiles been so professional taking care of me, starting with the reception team always positive and able to accommodate. Had wisdom tooth extracted without any problems by dr Yusuf, root canal with highly experienced endodontist and finally amazing journey with dr Krupesh who took me through my Invisalign treatment bonding and crowns and it was only a year! Very happy with my smile again so i recommend these guys for anything! Big thank you to all team for support and bringing wide smile back on my face :)

My experience with Invisalign at Reading Smiles has been a long journey but certainly worth it. Everyone on the team always went the extra mile to address any of my concerns. I never felt alone at any point. I imagine you would be hard-pressed to find a better Invisalign provider in all of the UK.

Having booked an appointment due to a failed root canal, I was seen by one of the dentists who was anything but helpful. Having asked for an emergency appointment - I was booked in for a check up. Before seeing me the dentist notified me that there would be an extra cost to change it to an emergency appointment - which is what I asked for to start with!The failed root canal was checked and the dentist was reluctant to check my other root canal for my peace of mind - despite having over half of the appointment remaining. The attitude of the dentist was well below par.I feel this practice is more concerned about making money as opposed to patients well-being. Having said this we were given a full refund only after we called back and complained. I wouldn’t come back here.

I would highly recommend Reading Smiles Team and especially, Dr Francisco Amorim who was taking care of my wonderful smile. Invisalign process took me a bit over a year, but I am really happy with the result. The procedures themselves are not painful at all and thanks to Dr Amorim I felt very informed about the whole procedure, next steps and how and when to use the aligners properly. From the very beginning of my Invisalign treatment process, Dr Krupesh and his team have been absolutely brilliant throughout. It has been a lengthy process from initially having old fillings replaced to the final bonding enhancements after my Invisalign, but the team always made me feel at ease, they were patient and considerate down to every last detail. Dr Krupesh kept me updated with the progress and any changes or rescans was never too much trouble. My results speak for themselves, I never thought a new smile would make me feel this confident in myself. I cannot thank the whole team enough for such a positive experience.
