This has got to be the best dental practice I have been to…ever! Firstly, the staff are very welcoming, personable and attentive. They go the extra mile to ensure appointments are suitable for you and fit around your lifestyle. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Reading town centre. When you go inside, it doesn’t actually feel like a dental practice, it looks like the reception area of a 5 star hotel! So those of you who are naturally nervous about seeing the dentist would automatically be put at ease from the calming, relaxing atmosphere. Finally, Dr Hanel strikes the right balance of being both professional and entertaining at the same time. He has a real passion for dentistry and it shows from the way he talks about my teeth! I am currently undergoing the 6 months smile clear braces and I would definitely stay on with RS once its over. I’m normally a harsh critic but there really isn’t anything negative I can say apart from…hmmm…well….nope nothing! Keep up the standard RS!

What an absolute Gem!

My experiences at other dentists in the past has left me fearing the dentist chair sleepless nights before just general check ups.

After hearing some amazing reviews about this practice I took the plunge and paid them a visit – I will definitely not be looking back. The Practice Manager Jai sat me down, made sure I was comfortable and handed me a chilled glass of cucumber & mint water. When it was my turn to see Hanel (Dental Consultant) I wasn’t rushed in and out of the chair as some dentists do, quite the opposite. He was patient, explained everything to me, gave me some terrific advice and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

The whole experience from start to finish was so refreshing – the Practice has more of a hotel feel than a dentist, all the staff are so welcoming and caring and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
