Had a hygiene appointment followed by three fillings. Treatment carried out quickly and with precision. Injections for local anaesthetic were administered so smoothly that they weren't noticeable at all. Dr Bikram maintained a calm, steady approach throughout, avoiding any unnecessary discomfort or stress. The entire process was straightforward and controlled. Strong recommendation for Dr Bikram. 10/10

I recently contacted this clinic with an urgent dental issue, as I had broken a tooth and needed advice while I was away from Reading. I booked an appointment online in advance, but unfortunately had to cancel it due to personal reasons, as I decided to see a dentist in another city rather than wait until I returned.

Even though I didn’t make it to the appointment, my experience with the clinic was truly excellent. The team listened to me carefully, and the reception staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. They immediately informed me that the amount charged to my account would be refunded without any problem, and later confirmed it in writing. Their communication was clear, supportive and very reassuring.

My first impression is genuinely very positive. If I ever need dental care in Reading again, I will definitely come back to this clinic — without hesitation

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Sonam and Shuha for the fantastic composite bonding treatment and care I've recieved over the past 3 months. From the reception staff to the dental pratitioners, everyone at Reading Smiles is so friendly and they make you feel welcome and at ease.

After decades of coffee stains and tooth grinding, my teeth were starting to look a little worn and tired at 33 and I was looking to freshen things up. I initially popped along for a general dental checkup and following good experiences with a black filling replacement and clean and polish, decided to go ahead with further cosmetic work.

Everything was well explained during my consultation in terms of what to expect. Following at home Boutique whitening treatment, I was already much happier with how my smile looked, to the point I was considering only having a few of the front teeth bonded instead. Sonam advised that as I have a wide smile, it was recommended to proceed as planned in order to achieve the most natural and uniform look. I'm glad I took his advice because I can see now it made all the difference – the professionals know what they're on about!

I wanted a natural bonding result – a smile that still looked like "me", and Sonam absolutely nailed it. All the charateristics of my smile are still there, which was really important to me, but the density is back along with a bright but realistic shade of white. They look so real and natural.

If anyone is considering the same treatment, I can highly recommend the Reading Smiles team. Re. the at home whitening, expect some sensitivity during the treatment period – I was informed of this and, as advertised, this completely subsided within a week of completion. Re. the composite bonding, give your mouth a few weeks post-treatment to adjust to the changes. In my experience, what feels like a big change initially looks and feels entirely natural after a few weeks! The bonding procedure itself is so relaxed and pain-free I could have had a nap in the chair.

I went to Reading smiles to straighten my teeths which were in really bad shape. I been told it could take up to 3 years but everything has been completed in about 18 months. I was never able to smile or had to cover my mouth while smiling because of the bad teeths. Now I can smile without covering my mouth. Life changing experience. I visited 3 clinics prior to treatment and I think I made the best choice to start treatment and Reading smiles. Highly appreciate dr. Hanel knowledge as well as all staff working at Reading smiles. They are very nice, polite and helpful. It is also great that I was able to spread the payments without any interest. I just can't recommend highly enough. 12/10 !

I’ve been coming to Reading Smiles since I moved to Reading eight years ago, but it was only a couple of years ago that I decided to truly invest in my smile by starting Invisalign and replacing a tooth implant that had been twisting my smile since 2011.

Dr. Amorin took wonderful care of my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Yusuf handled my implant. In both cases, the attention to detail and level of care were absolutely outstanding. I was especially impressed with the implant surgery—I expected it to be painful and uncomfortable, but it was nothing like that at all! I couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.

The entire team at Reading Smiles is incredible—Mario and all the lovely ladies at reception, the amazing nurses, and of course the doctors. They are always kind, professional, and truly dedicated to creating real, confident smiles.

Visiting Reading Smiles has always been a positive experience for me.. always a clean/sterile welcoming environment with all the staff members being very helpful. My last visit with Nigel Cheung was very informative when he spent his time showing me my x-ray results and answering any questions I had in great detail it was assuring when he was explaining what they look out for on the x-ray when there are some defects to ensure everything is in good order. I first came across Reading Smiles about five years ago, back in 2020, when I had some dental issues and started exploring the idea of Invisalign treatment. I’m so glad I finally decided to go ahead with it about a year and a half ago.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked closely with Dr. Ismael Khan, who supported me every step of the way. He always took the time to answer my questions, share helpful tips, and make sure each stage of the treatment was as pleasant as possible. My treatment was then completed by Dr. Hanel Nathwani, who did an incredible job in such a short time. Since I needed a bit more work, we transitioned to more stable braces, and thanks to his expertise, I’ve now achieved the smile we were aiming for — and even better than I expected.

The customer service at Reading Smiles has been outstanding from start to finish. I had composite bonding done on Friday with Dr Yousif and I couldn’t be happier! The whole staff at Reading smiles are amazing from the moment you walk through the door you will receive the best service!
I was conscious of a very pointy canine which caused a slight gap and wanted all round more even teeth. Dr Yousif understood my concerns exactly and gave me just what I wanted, composite on top 10 with a really nice natural shade of white, nothing too over the top. I think this practice offer is really good value for money in a city centre location. I found the staff very welcoming the teeth polish and scrub was amazing because strangely enough I like to go to Hygenist every three months so for £75 you can’t get a better service, thank you, ladies.
