After a few consultations with other dentists and lots of recommendations from people I found Reading Smiles ! The treatment I received was amazing , putting my anxieties at ease .
I had Invisalign some bonding and teeth whitening and now have the perfect smile thanks to Dr phillon, zeyneb and shuha…. I cannot thank them enough

I’ve been coming to Reading Smiles since I moved to Reading eight years ago, but it was only a couple of years ago that I decided to truly invest in my smile by starting Invisalign and replacing a tooth implant that had been twisting my smile since 2011.

Dr. Amorin took wonderful care of my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Yusuf handled my implant. In both cases, the attention to detail and level of care were absolutely outstanding. I was especially impressed with the implant surgery—I expected it to be painful and uncomfortable, but it was nothing like that at all! I couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.

The entire team at Reading Smiles is incredible—Mario and all the lovely ladies at reception, the amazing nurses, and of course the doctors. They are always kind, professional, and truly dedicated to creating real, confident smiles.

Visiting Reading Smiles has always been a positive experience for me.. always a clean/sterile welcoming environment with all the staff members being very helpful. My last visit with Nigel Cheung was very informative when he spent his time showing me my x-ray results and answering any questions I had in great detail it was assuring when he was explaining what they look out for on the x-ray when there are some defects to ensure everything is in good order. My visits so far were with Daniela, Eniko Uveges, Tharuka, and again they were all very helpful and informative during my visits. Thank you!

These wonderful people helped me get over a lifetime of bad experiences and removed the biggest weight from my shoulders. Patient, caring, exceptionally skilled, gentle, understood the mental condition as well as the physical and were totally up to the challenge. I first came across Reading Smiles about five years ago, back in 2020, when I had some dental issues and started exploring the idea of Invisalign treatment. I’m so glad I finally decided to go ahead with it about a year and a half ago.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked closely with Dr. Ismael Khan, who supported me every step of the way. He always took the time to answer my questions, share helpful tips, and make sure each stage of the treatment was as pleasant as possible. My treatment was then completed by Dr. Hanel Nathwani, who did an incredible job in such a short time. Since I needed a bit more work, we transitioned to more stable braces, and thanks to his expertise, I’ve now achieved the smile we were aiming for — and even better than I expected.

The customer service at Reading Smiles has been outstanding from start to finish. Whether at reception, with a general dentist, or a cosmetic specialist, every single member of the team is warm, attentive, and professional. They really pay attention to detail, ask the right questions, and take a personal approach that makes you feel well looked after. I also appreciated the regular updates by email, phone calls, and calendar reminders — as a busy individual, that structure made all the difference.

Thanks to the whole team at Reading Smiles, people are noticing my new smile and I feel more confident than ever. Massive thank you to everyone involved — I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results.

Honestly if you’re nervous/anxious or want someone who is patient and knows their stuff - I can’t recommend Dr Johana more , she’s amazing and makes you feel very at ease. All staff who work there are also very kind and the place is beautifully decorated and clean. 100/10 recommend.

I had a great experience at Reading Smiles. They saw me very quickly on an emergency appointment, and from the moment I walked in I felt very well looked after. The whole place feels professional and even a bit exclusive. Everyone I met was extremely kind – Mario at reception was lovely, and the dentist (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was also super friendly and reassuring. I left feeling confident that everything will be fine, and I’m really happy with the care I received.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Francisco Amorim. He is extremely professional, caring, and very delicate in his work. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. I truly appreciated his gentle approach – I didn’t feel any pain at all. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine care. would do. I also want to thank Mario, who is always available to listen and recommend the best for me. A caring and sensitive team that go above and beyond to make sure as a nervous patient I was ok in all aspects of the treatment. I was not rushed and given plenty of time at all stages of the treatment. I was supported to make decisions and given time to decide on treatment plans.

I had composite bonding done on Friday with Dr Yousif and I couldn’t be happier! The whole staff at Reading smiles are amazing from the moment you walk through the door you will receive the best service!
I was conscious of a very pointy canine which caused a slight gap and wanted all round more even teeth. Dr Yousif understood my concerns exactly and gave me just what I wanted, composite on top 10 with a really nice natural shade of white, nothing too over the top. Would recommend Dr Yousif and Reading smiles to anyone looking to get composite bonding!

I think this practice offer is really good value for money in a city centre location. I found the staff very welcoming the teeth polish and scrub was amazing because strangely enough I like to go to Hygenist every three months so for £75 you can’t get a better service, thank you, ladies.

Marwa was very friendly and helpful with getting me seen asap for bad tooth pain and Johana was also super friendly and a great dentist

The nicest customer service ever! Everyone is absolutely lovely and so welcoming. I used to absolutely hate going to the dentist and I never thought the day would come when I don’t dread going to the dentist! I never thought it could ever be an enjoyable experience. Recently had denture on Implants surgery carried out by Dr Yusef Alshafi, who I found to be very professional, informative, caring and considerate. The surgery is expensive but the results are amazing. Thank you Yusef. I’ve been a patient at Smiles Reading and Smiles Kingston for around 6 years now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

I first started with Invisalign appointments at Smiles Reading with Dr. Hanel, and from the very beginning, I was impressed. Dr. Hanel is not only highly professional and an expert in his field, but he also truly cares about his patients. He always provided the best recommendations, explained every step clearly, and ensured regular follow-ups to make sure everything was progressing perfectly.

When I moved back to Elmbridge, I continued my Invisalign journey at Smiles Kingston and visiting Dr Hanel at Reading for re-aligments, and I was amazed to see that the team in Kingston follows the same principles, values, and high standards set by Dr. Hanel. It’s rare to find a dental team that genuinely cares so much about their patients, but here, they really do.

I’ve always been a little nervous about dentists and treatments, but this team changed that for me. They explain everything patiently and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.

Although my Invisalign case was straightforward, along the way I lost a tooth (after a root canal done at another practice), and of course, I came back to Smiles for help. Once again, Dr. Hanel guided me in the right direction. I had the implant procedure done by Dr. Fahad Jamil, who is also an outstanding expert. The whole process was seamless and reassuring.

Now that I’ve completed both my Invisalign and implant treatments, I honestly miss the team! I never thought I’d say this, but I actually miss going to the dentist. 😊

The building is very clean and furnished nicely, and has a much better atmosphere than many other dentists I’ve been to where it’s been quite sterile and depressing.

Dr Johanna and her dental assistant Shristi were very professional, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again for my next appointment.

Dr Bikram was my designated Dentist responsible for my cosmetic dental treatment. Dr Bikram is a highly professional, motivated dentist- providing superb results far beyond what I could’ve expected.

Had a serious medical emergency today on a work trip, my front tooth had become detached and I was in a panic. The issue was resolved in less than an hour and I was able to go back to work confidently again. Truly one of the best dental experiences I have ever had and I am very grateful.

Dr. Jaspal is an exceptional dentist! He did composite fillings for 8 of my teeth on different days, and the results are outstanding. The fillings blend well with my natural teeth, and the entire procedure was pain free. He’s incredibly skilled, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
